Andere Sinema (AS) was a Belgian magazine on cinema, founded in Antwerp in 1978. Andere Sinema started out as a magazine accompanying the film club De Andere Film. Throughout the years it expanded its focus, from cinema to image culture in general. In 2003, it associated itself with the Museum of Contemporary Art in Antwerp, again shifting focus, this time towards critical debates in contemporary art. By the end of 2007, it merged into the international art journal Afterall.
